Ali Schroer, MSW, LCSW, C-PD
Leading corporate mental health advisor and educator, practicing psychotherapist, clinical social worker, founder and executive director of Mental Scope Consulting. Ali is also the founder of Schroer Counseling and Consulting, a psychotherapy practice in Denver, Colorado and founding board member of The Wholeness Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and education.
For more than 10+ years, Ali has been bringing positive and lasting change to a variety of corporate organizations and law firms where she works individually with employees on mental health needs while also providing guidance and support for healthy work environments.
Ali’s clinical expertise in anxiety, depression and other mental health challenges, coupled with her corporate acumen, has made her a trusted, sought-after speaker and consultant.
Melyssa Zive, MSW, LCSW
Melyssa Zive is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of Orange County, CA. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and has worked with all age ranges throughout her career in both private practice and agency settings. After establishing a vibrant private practice in Colorado, Melyssa has become a sought after mental health provider, educator and psychotherapist in Southern California.
Her expertise includes treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, stress management, and more. She also has experience working with people diagnosed with High Functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her goal is to help her clients reach their strongest potential by motivating them to enhance strengths in both their personal and professional capacities.
Melyssa graduated with a Masters Degree in Social Work and BA in Psychology and Sociology, both from the University of Denver. She is certified in DBT and Brene Brown's "Dare To Lead" training. She looks forward to supporting those in professional settings, guiding them to approach their work through optimism, confidence and positivity.
Caitlin Yost, MSW, LCSW
Caitlin Yost, MSW, LCSW, is a mental health advisor and educator, practicing psychotherapist, and clinical social worker based in Denver, Colorado. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work. With over 11 years of experience, Caitlin specializes in supporting adults through individual and couples therapy. She employs evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Love and Logic principles to address a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.
Caitlin's expertise extends to assisting individuals navigating significant life transitions, including divorce, grief, and professional changes. Her holistic approach emphasizes the importance of meaningful connections with oneself, others, and the community for achieving a balanced life.
Currently pursuing her Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) certification, Caitlin also serves as a clinical supervisor for therapists in training, furthering her commitment to the mental health field. Prior to joining Schroer Counseling and Consulting, she spent three years at Children’s Hospital Colorado, where she supported patients and families facing chronic and life-threatening illnesses.
In her role, Caitlin is dedicated to fostering healthy work environments and enhancing employee well-being across corporate settings. She is known for her engaging workshops and seminars that promote mental health awareness and practical coping strategies. In her personal time, Caitlin enjoys hiking, reading, and spending quality moments with her loved ones.
Liv Eatherton
Liv Eatherton is a program development and research associate at Mental Scope Consulting. Liv began her academic journey at Regis University in Colorado, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. During her time at Regis, Olivia demonstrated her prowess in program development by spearheading the creation of a developmental lab college course and collaborating on numerous research projects.
Liv focuses her professional work on researching and developing programs that assist individuals in the mental health space. Liv’s dedication to public health initiatives has earned her respect among peers and professional groups. Her ability to implement and build programs to mitigate the long-term physical and emotional effects of mental health challenges on individual lives is both her mission and focus. Liv’s dedication to research and program development positions her as a driving force in shaping the future of public health and well-being.
